Issue:

What can cause Somove not to launch and give an did not launch due to invalid dll error after installing Somove?

Cause:

Software error

 

Resolution:

Please uninstall SoMove, then go to “C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric” and delete “SoMove” folder. Afterward, install SoMove v2.9.5 or greater again.
