Data Analyst

The analyst will fulfill standard data requests including data extraction, data validation, data quality reporting, data cleanup, and facilitating data process improvements. The analyst will be responsible to provide strategic support in this journey, working on governance, process, tools, and performance visualization.

Responsibilities 

·       Work with eCommerce team to ensure all data has been reported timely in the system.

·       Perform data validation/data quality checks and work through the resolution of any issues found

·       Ensure other data sources are updated

·       Develop and uphold best practices with respect to change management, documentation and data protocols 

·       Provide onboard practices to new user of the system

·       Ensure all dashboards are properly updated.

·       Prepare specific reporting and ad-hoc analysis

·       Work with developers to automate processes

·       Provide actionable insights to inform decisions and strategies through visualizations (enable cross function/geographical visibility for business metrics across multiple business lines, show trends, correlation etc.) 

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience in Corporate Finance, Data Analytics, FP&A or Business controlling preferred
• Superior analytical skills, logical & critical thinking is mandatory
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is mandatory
• At least 2-3 years experience or more in data-centric roles, with strong working knowledge in SQL and Python (required high proficiency in SQL, ETL, data modeling, and working with big data) 
• Visualization tools (Tableau) is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English (oral and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with high energy, ownership, and dedication.
• Organized, flexible and easily adaptable to changing conditions
• Ability to project manage, prioritize, and manage numerous simultaneous projects
