Location: Aalsmeer, Netherlands.

 

Are you ready to lead groundbreaking projects that redefine the future of power systems?

 

We are looking for a Project Application Leader who can bring technical excellence and innovative solutions to our team.

 

Role Overview: As a Project Application Leader, you will:

  • Lead projects from tender to execution, ensuring all technical and commercial aspects are covered.
  • Collaborate with business developers and other application leaders to achieve project goals.
  • Understand Direct Current (DC) system solutions and Current OS at a deep level.
  • Design power system networks that meet customer needs, leveraging support from our DC application center in the Netherlands.
  • Perform ED calculations with the backing of Schneider Electric's advanced systems expert team.
  • Ensure technical requirements are met and maintain project documentation.
  • Integrate systems and support testing and validation activities.
  • Lead design, implementation, testing, FAT, iFAT, and provide advice/support for installation/commissioning on site.

Required Skills:

  • Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Expertise in electrical engineering design and calculations, electrical systems, and architectures.
  • Proficiency in electrical design tools (E-Cad, SEE Electrical Expert, etc.).
  • Experience (minimum 5 years) in system integration involving power distribution, communications, and control systems (configuration, wiring, testing).
  • Knowledge of power electronics and ability to read schematic and PCB design (advantageous).
  • Basic understanding of analog electronics (plus).
  • Strong communication skills for internal and customer presentations.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English; Dutch or French is an advantage.
