HR Digital Specialist – Time Management Tool

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Digital Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our time management tools, specifically Oracle Time & Attendance. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the effective use of these tools, providing technical support, and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Tool Support and Optimization: Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Time&Attendance, addressing user queries and issues promptly. Ensure the tools are configured and used effectively to meet business needs. 
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and FAQs. 
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the time management systems. Perform regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed. 
  • Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement changes. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams. 
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports to provide insights on tool usage and performance. Present findings to management and recommend actions based on data. 

Qualifications: 

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience:Strong understanding of HR processes and data management. Experience in HRIS or digital HR tools support and proficiency in time management systems would be an asset.  
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. 
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions. 
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
