Job Description

Job Summary: The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of sales operations, focusing on digital priorities, AI for sales, training, and utilization of sales tools. This role involves collaboration with global and MEA clusters to achieve targeted ambitions and improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. E2E DCR:
    1. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for E2E DCR between global and MEA clusters to ensure harmony between the three pillars.
    1. Ensure clusters to replicate the zone structure, follow its priorities and achieve the required goals.
    1. Lead Pillar 2 targeted ambition and seek further improvements for commercial transformation development & impact.
    1. Design the yearly structure and define digital growth opportunities.
  1. Copilot for Sales:
    1. Promote, provide training and awareness sessions, communication, and measure the impact on business.
    2. Leverage adoption and utilization for targeted population.
    1. Achieve full maturity and utilization with 50% of active users and 20% of weekly active users, leading to a reduction of 1-1.5 hours per sales representative per week.
    1. Measure the impact on Customer Facing Time (CFT) and its effect on revenue generation and pipeline.
  1. BFO Mobile & AI Virginia:
    1. Ensure all MEA targeted sales users to utilize BFO mobile, including end users, services, and channel sales.
    1. Lead AI Virginia deployment and ensure delivering business revenue.
  1. Remote Sales:
    1. Monitor the performance of the remote sales teams and ensure delivering the required incremental business
    1. Onboard the new teams to be up to speed in coordination with the global team for sales engagement and apply the playbook for team development.

 


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel & tableau
  • Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong knowledge about Schneider go to market, segments, business units and offers.
  • Knowledge of AI integration and automation processes is a plus.
