The Role: Procurement and Supply Chain Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Team Leader to help us unlock further commercial value for our business.

What will you do?

The Procurement and Solution Supply Chain (PSSC) Team Leader will lead a team of PSSC. His/Her focus will be to build up the support team in Philippines, structure the offshored processes, build a high performing and capable team and that the correct performance management governance is in place (SLA, KPIs etc). The role will also be instrumental in connection with the PSSC team in the countries to spearhead the collaboration between country PSSC and the PSSC team in the Philippines. Finally, it is also expected that the TL has the ability to see and implement process optimizations, RPA, digital solutions to further strengthen and improve the current procurement processes. Finally, in addition to leading the PSSC team, the TL will also have an active role in supporting the PSSC team in Australia with the agreed scope.

Essential Responsibilities:

Ø  Manage the quality and efficiency of the agreed processes:

o   PO placement for OG/IG vendors

o   Supplier qualification process (Safety, Cyber, RFI, Self-assessment)

o   Smaller negotiations

o   SAP MDG

o   Monitor GR/IR discrepancies.

Ø  Establish and monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems of OG, IG, identified key performance indicators (KPI) and established targets for monthly Supply chain report.

Ø  Build strong collaboration between all internal and external stakeholders associated with procurement and warehouse process.

Ø  Secure that there are development plans for each employee and that the people strategy for the PSSC team in Philippines is well deployed.

Ø  Build the right governance with the countries, PSSC team but also other stakeholders.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

v  University Degree in Supply Chain & Trade / Any Bachelor’s degree with Supply Chain Experience

v  Strong knowledge of supply chain management/procurement

v  Strong Experience of working in SAP Module

v  Solid knowledge of customs laws and regulations for the countries under scope

v  Hands on experience in MS Office (Mainly MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)

v  Good knowledge of SE systems and processes

v  Multi-tasking and team player

v  Proactive and Independent

v  Excellent communication skills

v  Ability to work under stress

v  Ability to work across different markets and business units

v  Strong time management skills   

      Ability to prioritize and structure process transfers
