What Do You Do Every Day? 

1.     Sales and Marketing

o   Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

o   Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

o   Collaborate with the team to promote the panel building services.

o   Develop and maintain licensed Panel builder partners.

 

2.     Customer Service

o   Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

o   Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

o   Collaborate with supply chain to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.

 

3.     Financial Management

o   Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the panel building business unit.

o   Analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

o   Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.


Qualifications

Who are we looking for? - This job might be for you if:

·       Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar

·       Minimum 8-12 years of experience in electrical engineering, with progressive responsibility.

·       Experience in managing Panel Builder Partners, projects, and budgets.

·       Experience with electrical system design.

·       Strong leadership and management skills.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

·       Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, IEEE).

·       Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).

·       Experience with electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.

·       Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainability principles
