Job Description

Mission:

 

  • Lead Sustainability transformation at site level
  • Continuous improvement on Energy Efficiency and Sustainability related actions
  • Drive the adoption and performance of Digital Monitoring tools / Detect energy deviation and act-upon it
  • Communicate on our Sustainability achievements

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Co-Develop and deploy site sustainability 2030 roadmap (Decarbonization, onsite solar, Energy Efficiency, waste management, circularity, green material, scope 3 actions …)
  • Animate monthly/quarterly Sustainability transformation steerco at site level
  • Animate Energy Performance SIM to review Energy Efficiency actions status and next steps
  • Drive the adoption and performance of Digital Monitoring tools, Building Mgmnt System, Digital Twin & Advisors
  • Detect energy deviations and act-upon it, constantly optimize the building operations parameters + Assess FM Sustainability performance and propose improvement area
  • Support the animation of Sustainability Ambassadors at site level
  • Continuous improvement on ISO 14001 / ISO 50001
  • Drastically improve communication on our Sustainability achievements towards our Customers, Partners and Suppliers

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree or proven work experience
  • Hands-on, proven experience in Energy Efficiency/ Sustainability in an Industrial environment
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 14001 / ISO 50001
  • Supply Chain experience is preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills, organized and attention to detail
  • People oriented, ability to influence
