The 4-year SECBLURED project aims to perform investigations on cybersecurity for industrial IoT systems, following the next pillars:
- Securing Industrial IoT (construction of secure IIoT systems)
- Defense mechanisms for industrial systems
- Validation of researched securitization and defense mechanisms
Main objectives of the project are:
- Identify HW/SW components with innovative functions in the cybersecurity domain, applicable to Industrial IoT systems to face new cybersecurity challenges in the future.
- Identify innovative cyber defense mechanisms in Industrial IoT networks.
- Identify new cyberattacks to demonstrate the resilience of the proposed cybersecurity mechanisms in the project.
Co-funded by the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI), Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación, and the European Commission under the MISIONES program (MIG-20221051), the project scheduled to be carried out from November 2022 to June 2025 has a budget of €4.7M.
