3. Why do we collect and use personal information?
We use information for the purpose of delivering our services, interacting with users, managing customer relationships, ensuring security and compliance with contract and terms of use, and analyzing use of services to improve them such as:
- Personalized experience: eSetup for Electrician app collects the country and the profile of the user with the purpose of delivering a personalized experience including business services like trainings & partner programs etc.
- Access to advanced features like Templates, customized reports, Optical Character Recognition
- Support: eSetup for Electrician app process information with the purpose of providing support and interaction through email, chat and phone with a user that has engaged the action to contact Schneider Electric.
- Auto completion: eSetup for Electrician app uses geolocation to help fill adress fields more accurately. This adress is then used to bind the same customer devices together.
- Targeted marketing Campaigns - identification of smart home device users to propose new Schneider Electric offers, if user consents to marketing communications.
