Schneider Electric, the leader in digital transformation of energy management and automation, earlier this week tabled the theme ‘Sustainable Growth’ with over 120 key supplier partners in two consecutive days of dialogues at C-level. At the same time, the company celebrated the contribution and achievements of its key supplier partners in 2019.

On the agenda were panel sessions that fueled innovative thinking with suppliers, focused on generating ideas for quick adoption and execution to maximize total customer satisfaction. Schneider’s suppliers were also invited to attend its Innovation Summit, also held this week, where it welcomed customers, partners and influencers, as well as subject matter experts and industry thinkers sharing ideas on challenges and opportunities in the Digital Economy.
Chief Supply Chain Officer Mourad Tamoud reinforced Schneider’s commitment to mutual partnership and collaboration as the key foundation to driving sustainable business growth and win-win outcomes for Schneider, customers and its supplier ecosystem.

Schneider Electric’s Global Supply Chain, was this year, ranked #11 worldwide in Gartner’s Supply Chain Top 25 and #3in Gartner’s Europe Supply Chain Top 15.
In 2018, its Global Supply Chain Operations - comprising 200 manufacturing plants and 98 distribution centers across 44 countries - saw its 86,000-strong workforce manage over 260,000 product references and process over 150,000 order lines daily.
