Need assistance selecting the parts required for single phase input to a VFD to run a 3 phase motor.

Issue:
Needs to run a 3 phase motor with 1 phase input voltage.

Cause:
Customer only has single phase input power but needs to run a 3 phase motor.

Resolution:
Several of our drives have been tested and approved to accept single phase input power to run 3 phase motors.
Drives must be derated to handle the increased current on the input bridge and increased ripple or noise on the DC Bus.
In some cases input line reactors may be required or may allow higher SSCR ratings.

Consult the appropriate Quick Start Guide Annex.  These documents also provide fuse and circuit breaker information.
