We use with our encoder cables:

Y-ConPlug-31 (Plug) and Y-ConIP20Lock-10
(IP20-Strain relief with vibration resistant locking clips),

The tools reqired for cable assembly can be ordererd directly
from the manufacturer:

Crimping tool for encoder connector RJ45 10 pins:
Yamaichi Y-Con Tool-11, Y-Con Tool-20, Y-Con Tool-30
