NetBotz 250 | How to perform a Reboot or Factory Reset
Issue:
Process for resetting the configuration back to factory defaults on a NetBotz 250.

2) Navigate to Control > Network > Reset/Reboot.
3) Select Reboot Management Interface and click Apply.
4) On the Confirm Action screen, click Apply.
NOTE: The NMC usually reboots within a few minutes. Once rebooted the web interface should be accessible again.

2) Enter reboot and hit [enter].
3) On the confirmation prompt type YES and hit [enter].
2) Navigate to Control > Network > Reset/Reboot.
3) Select Reset All.
NOTE: If you wish for the Network Settings to remain, you must check the box for Exclude TCP/IP. Otherwise, you will need to assign network settings again, unless using DHCP.
4) Click Apply.

NOTE: The NMC will take a few minutes to reset to defaults. If Exclude TCP/IP was selected, the web interface should be available again within a few minutes.

2) Enter one of the following commands:
- resetToDef -p all NOTE: This option will reset all settings, including network configuration settings.
- resetToDef -p keeping NOTE: This option will reset all settings, excluding network configuration settings.
3) On the confirmation prompt type YES and hit [enter].
1) Press and hold the NMC's pinhole reset button for 20+ seconds, ensuring the NMC's status LED is pulsing green during this time. When it changes to amber or orange, release the reset button to let the format function complete and for the NMC to complete its reboot process.

2) Type format and hit [enter].
3) On the confirmation prompt type YES and hit [enter].
4) Type reboot and hit [enter].
5) On the confirmation prompt type YES and hit [enter].

1) Log into the web interface of the NetBotz 250 using Administrator credentials.2) Navigate to Control > Network > Reset/Reboot.
3) Select Reboot Management Interface and click Apply.
4) On the Confirm Action screen, click Apply.

Formatting via Pinhole Reset Button:
NOTE: Formatting wipes flash memory and any remaining configurations entirely, including your current TCP/IP settings.1) Press and hold the NMC's pinhole reset button for 20+ seconds, ensuring the NMC's status LED is pulsing green during this time. When it changes to amber or orange, release the reset button to let the format function complete and for the NMC to complete its reboot process.
