Windows 10 Device Manager doesn't recognize the USB cable after Windows Upgrade
Issue
The serial adapter TSXCUSB485/TSXCUSB232 isn't recognize by Device Manager of Windows 10 after Windows Upgrade and customers couldn't connect to the PLCs using these adapters, Windows reports a "Windows cannot start Device Driver - Code 39". This issue also could happen with the PLCs that use the Mini-B USB cable.

Windows 10 Version 1803, Control Expert v14, Unity Pro v13.1 or older
Resolution
The version 14.13.0.0 of the PLC USB Driver Suite fixes this problem with a new activation mode for the driver, where it is now activated from the 'DriverStore' after one of its supported devices has been plugged for the first time.
