Easy-UPS reports bDC <Battery Disconnected>
Issue: Easy-UPS reports bDC <Battery Disconnected> during online operation with battery properly connected

Cause: The UPS performs an internal battery self-check every 5 minutes. If the UPS detects the battery voltage has deviated outside the acceptable threshold, the UPS will report bDC <Battery Disconnected>. The alert will auto resolve within 5 minutes at the next battery self-check.
Resolution: Use the attached firmware upgrade guide and the appropriate firmware file to update the UPS firmware and resolve the bDC event.
