Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, recently hosted its annual Partner Innovation Day aimed at providing its partners with its strategic vision and pertinent growth areas for the channel in the coming year.
The well-attended event, held at the La Joya Conference Lodge and Wellness Centre in Broederstroom in the North West, also played host to the official launch of Schneider Electric’s Pro Retailer Programme which is designed redefine channel partners’ route to market, enhance operational efficiency, collaboration efforts and expand market coverage.
“Collaboration is the cornerstone of success. Our channel partners are the driving force behind our growth, and we are resolute in our commitment to co-create growth plans and build enduring partnerships,” says Ahmed El-Besary, Vice President for Channel Sales and Marketing, Anglophone Africa at Schneider Electric.
The Schneider Electric Partner Innovation Day also included speaker highlights:
- Devan Pillay, cluster president for Anglophone Africa at Schneider Electric conveying the company’s record performance in 2023 and highlighting 2024’s vision and goals.
- Ahmed El-Besary, Vice President discussing channel performance and Schneider Electric’s 2027 channel vision and progress.
- Neroshnee Marimuthu, Head of Channel Marketing at Schneider Electric showcasing the channels key strategic marketing priorities and levers for growth enablement
- Angel Myeza, Vice President, Offer Marketing at Schneider Electric discussing new product launches.
- Quintin McCutcheon, global marketing director, Anglophone Africa focussing on the brand marketing and communication plan.
- Kei Laaks, DCR and digital marketing leader at Schneider Electric discussing the company’s eCommerce platform.
Schneider Electric also showcased its latest Partner Performance Dashboard, an innovative reporting tool that provides partners with monthly insights driven by data analysis while offering strategic insights for incremental growth. “This dashboard enables us to optimise our customer engagement and provides actionable insights with performance metrics to further drive our strong growth agenda” says Neroshnee Marimuthu.
