Online help does not list SLC 5/05 PLC as a supported PLC in Vijeo Designer.

Vijeo Designer 4.2 or higher.

Resolution:
When programmed with Vijeo Designer, the Magelis series of HMIs (XBTGT, HMIGTO, iPC, HMIGTU, HMISTU, HMISTO) supports the SLC 5/05 over Ethernet/IP.
