How to wire a 3-wire or 4-wire sensor equipped with its own external power supply and not that of the BMX SDI 1602 module?
Context
It is possible to wire a sensor using an external power supply to the BMX SDI 1602 module. It just needs to be referenced to the same potential (0V of the SDI card).
If a sensor generates its own pulses :
This is if the sensor signals are isolated from the sensor PWS :
In the other case, as for 3-wire sensors, this could also be :

If a sensor generates its own pulses :
- You cannot use the SDI line monitoring function (just do not use VS1/VS2)
- And it is very likely that the SDI "sees" the pulses if they last more than 6ms (generally they are <1ms, otherwise in this case they must be filtered by the application).
