Nirupa Chander

Nirupa Chander is Senior Vice President, Secure Power & Data Centers, International Operations at Schneider Electric, leading more than 1000 seasoned professionals in delivering innovative solutions to empower channel partners and support customers with successful digital transformation projects and achieving sustainability goals.

Schneider Electric's Secure Power Division provides complete physical infrastructure solutions for data centers, distributed IT environments, and industrial applications. As SVP, Natalya is responsible for business success within multiple geographies - Asia Pacific, India, Middle East, South America and CIS.

Chander was formely the Vice President Schneider Electric's Power Systems business in the Middle East and Africa region. She brings nearly 20 years of international experience with a career that started in the Energy sector in India and Australia. She has led teams delivering transformative energy industry projects in Energy Storage and Microgrids in Australia before moving to the Southeast Asian market to lead Digital and Services. She was previously leading Hitachi Energy in Singapore where she was actively engaged in supporting the development of Singapore’s power, industry and transport infrastructure.

Chander joined Schneider Electric in 2021 and is based in Dubai, UAE. She has previously worked across Power Generation sector in India and Renewables, Mining, Transport and Microgrids in Australia and Singapore. She is passionate about energy and digital transformation technologies and building diverse, engaged teams to drive this change with a strong focus on industry partnerships.
