Carlos Urbano

Carlos Urbano is the Vice President Industry, Pacific Zone and is responsible for the continuing growth of the Industrial Automation and Process Automation businesses.

Joining the leadership team in January 2023, Carlos was previously based in Brazil as the Industry Business Director. Carlos brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience plus a track record of delivering strong business results.

Carlos has held multiple roles in Schneider Electric over the past 15 years, starting his career as an application engineer in technical support for Drives, Soft-Starters and Motion Sensors. He subsequently spent time in engineering, marketing, and sales leadership roles.

In his free time, Carlos enjoys riding his motorcycle, wakeboarding, and spending time with his family.
