Denis Gacicha

Denis Gacicha, Master of Control Technology and Electrical Engineering, has been working for Schneider Electric Lietuva since 2006, and currently is the General Manager at Schneider Electric Baltic countries. Graduated from Kaunas University of Technology and Dublin Institute of Technology.

Denis Gacicha was appointed as CEO of Schneider Electric Baltic countries at the beginning of 2020. He is currently located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Prior to this role, Denis managed the Lithuanian unit of Schneider Electric from 2017 to 2020. Developed business relationships, identified new business opportunities and ensured sales growth in the country based on market insights, analysis and positive planning aligned with Schneider Electric strategy. Business and sales strategy defined and implemented together with Marketing and BU. Managed the sales mix (direct / channel) and cross-selling activities according to criteria agreed upon at the country level. In cooperation with the Company, joint activities with partners and distributors were initiated with the aim of obtaining new business through the networks of partners and distributors. Developed and nurtured credibility and long-term relationships with national customers to meet long-term sales goals and ensure high customer satisfaction. Preparation and implementation of sales plan and sales forecasts; monitoring performance against objectives and taking corrective action to achieve results. Identified and made recommendations to improve processes, efficiency and productivity. Actively contributed to Baltic management to secure cross-border cooperation, set strategic priorities and secure business growth throughout the Baltics. Team Management - Led the domestic sales team through effective goal setting, coaching, performance management and personal development support
