Olivier Blum is the Chief Executive Officer of Schneider Electric and Acting Executive Vice President of the company's Energy Management business, effective November 4, 2024.
Olivier has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2014. In his most recent role, he successfully led the company's fast-growing and world-class Energy Management business across all end markets, including data centers. Prior to that, he served as Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer from 2020 to 2022, where he led the development of corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, sustainability, and quality assurance. From 2014 to 2020, Olivier held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Schneider Electric, driving the company’s people strategy and earning recognition as France’s Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year in 2019 by Cadremploi, Morgan Phillips Hudson, Le Figaro Décideurs, and Fyte for his transformative leadership and cultural impact.
Olivier began his career at Schneider Electric in 1993 in his home country of France. Over the past two decades, he has gained extensive international experience, holding key leadership roles in Asia including Regional Head of Strategy for China, Regional Managing Director for India, and a global role as Executive Vice President of the Home & Distribution division, based in Hong Kong.
Olivier is a non-executive board director of AVEVA Group PLC, where he currently serves as Chairman of Advisory. He has also been an independent director of Keppel Corporation and a member of its Sustainability and Safety Committees since May 2022.
His commitment to sustainability has been instrumental in Schneider Electric's success, culminating in the company being named the World's Most Sustainable Corporation by Corporate Knights in 2021.

Chairman
Jean-Pascal Tricoire is the Chairman of Schneider Electric. He previously served as COO of Schneider from 2003, CEO from 2006 to 2011, and Chairman and CEO from 2011 to 2023. Under Jean-Pascal’s leadership, Schneider has transformed and become a technology company leading in software, sustainability, digitization, and electrification. As CEO, he redefined the company’s purpose and technology portfolio, quadrupling Schneider’s revenues across its balanced geographical footprint.
Jean-Pascal joined Schneider Electric in 1986 and held various positions across France, Italy, China, South Africa, the United States, and Hong Kong. In 2001, he first joined the company’s Executive Committee to take charge of Schneider’s international division.
Jean-Pascal also serves as an independent director on the board of Qualcomm. He is a director of the worldwide board of the United Nations Global Compact, a United Nations #HeForShe Corporate IMPACT champion, and a member of the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum as well as the Asia Business Council. He is also a member of the board of trustees of Northeastern University.
Jean-Pascal is a member of the International Advisory Council of the Singapore Economic Development Board and a member of the advisory councils of Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong. He led the France-China Business Council from 2009 to 2019. He is a Knight of the Legion of Honor and an Officer of the National Order of Merit in France.

Deepak Sharma
Zone President Greater India, MD & CEO, SEIPL
Deepak Sharma is the Zone President, Greater India and MD & CEO, Schneider Electric India (SEIPL).
He has 30 years of experience with 25 years at Schneider Electric handling diverse roles based out of India, France, China, and the USA across Energy Management & Industrial Automation businesses. Starting in India as a Product Manager for Industrial Automation & Power Products business, Deepak has managed various global roles working across hubs of Schneider Electric in France, China, and the USA - in both Energy Management and Industrial Automation businesses.
His journey took full circle when he moved back to India in 2019 and led the integration of L&T Electrical and Automation Business with Schneider Electric as SVP, Mergers & Acquisition. This integration was a key enabler in making India the 3rd largest market and one of the four global hubs of Schneider Electric with 37000 employees and 30+ factories.
Deepak champions the usage & adoption of energy-efficient and green technologies. He aims to contribute towards a more sustainable, more electric, more digital business and societal environment.
He has graduate and postgraduate degrees, and diplomas in management & Electrical Engineering and is successfully trained, through executive education programs of IIM-Ahmedabad, INSEAD France, and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, USA.
Deepak actively engages with industrial bodies and associations. He is currently Vice Chair, CII National Committee on Smart Cities & Urban Development and a Governing Council Member of Indo French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFFCI).
Binu Philip

Binu Philip is the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Greater India Zone at Schneider Electric. His expertise lies in areas of HR Strategy, Organization Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Organization Transformation.
Binu has been with Schneider Electric for over seven years wherein he has worked as the HR Leader for Global R&D in India and was responsible for spearheading the M&A of the L&T Electrical Automation business with Schneider Electric. Prior to this appointment, Binu was the Vice Presider HR for the International Operations for the Secure Power Division of the company across the territories of Asia Pacific & Japan, Middle East & Africa, India, South America, and CIS.
Before joining Schneider Electric, Binu managed senior HR leadership roles in leading organizations such as Microsoft Corporation, Aditya Birla Group (Idea Cellular), and RPG Enterprises (Harrisons Malayalam Plantations Ltd).

Rajat Abbi has over 20 years of cross-industry experience. A thought leader and a strategic marketing expert, he has handled diverse leadership roles in Marketing & Strategy, Sales and P&L Management with European, American, and Indian multi-national companies across India & Asia Pacific region.
Rajat is currently the Vice President, Global Marketing India & Chief Marketing Officer - Greater India, and is entrusted with running the marketing function of the company for both Schneider Electric and Lauritz Knudsen (formerly L&T Switchgear), driving brand, digital & commercial excellence and helping the organization achieve its growth ambitions. India is the 3rd largest market and one of the 4 Global Hubs for Schneider Electric Group.
He is a part of Schneider Electric Global Marketing International Operations Leadership team, Schneider Electric India Management team and Schneider Electric India Private Limited (SEIPL) Leadership Council. He is also the Chairman of Indo French Chambers of Commerce (IFFCI) Marketing Committee.
