Anne Charbonnel

Head of Finance
Anne Charbonnel is the Head of Finance for New Zealand, where she oversees all financial and commercial aspects of the business. In her role, she works closely with the Country’s leadership team as well as the Pacific Zone Finance team to get the best possible outcomes for the business, our customers and our people. Anne is an experienced Finance leader who has held a variety of senior Finance positions in New Zealand and Europe before joining Schneider Electric in 2023. Always eager to learn new things, Anne is also passionate about helping businesses grow and unleash their full potential through best-in-class processes, data-driven decisions and sustainable strategies for all stakeholders. Her areas of expertise include growth strategies, financial control, management accounting, financial accounting, system and process design and implementation, project management and team leadership. After 18 years working for the Telecom sector, in which she has a global expertise, Anne joined Schneider Electric in 2023 as Head of Finance for New Zealand where she oversees all financial and commercial aspects of the business. Anne has an MBA in Finance & Accounting and is an FCPA of CPA Australia.

Jared Dinneen

General Manager, Home & Distribution
Jared Dinneen is General Manager for the largest business across Schneider Electric New Zealand with management responsibility for commercial strategy and execution, financial performance, people engagement and development as well as multiple customer intimacy programs. Jared has held diverse executive management roles within Schneider Electric since 2016, including the position of Human Resources and Business Operations Leader in New Zealand. In this role, he was responsible for implementing strategies related to leadership, talent management, workforce planning, and accelerating diversity, equity, and inclusion. He was also previously the General Manager Marketing, where he led a high-performing team driving strategic direction and operational marketing initiatives across products, channels, and digital platforms.  Jared extends himself into the governance arena as a current member of the Schneider Electric Pacific Zone DEI Council, Board chair at a large Auckland school, and previously the President of the National Kitchen and Bathroom Association of New Zealand.   With a BCom (Hons) in Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, Jared’s career has been formed on strategic marketing foundations and strong commercial fundamentals, with considerable experience in senior marketing management roles across Australia and New Zealand. Jared is passionate about people, customers, and digital; which when combined provides significant growth opportunities through innovation, continuous learning, and the delivery of transformational business programs.

Ray Dunn

Country President, New Zealand
Ray Dunn is the Country President, New Zealand, and is responsible for developing and delivering the commercial strategy and operational excellence nationwide. Ray has been with Schneider for over 30 years, starting his career as a sales representative for PDL in Christchurch and became part of the Schneider Family at the time of the acquisition in 2001. Ray has continued his career path with Schneider, taking on sales leadership roles and eventually becoming GM for the Home & Distribution entity before taking on the role of New Zealand Country President in 2011. As a member of the Pacific Zone Leadership Team, Ray develops the growth strategy of the business, in line with people priorities. He has led (and continues to lead) the team through significant changes such as business re-structures, making sure efficiency gains do not impact customer satisfaction or the employee experience, while also growing (year-on-year) margin and top line sales. Ray has more than 20 years’ proven leadership experience. He is committed to creating environments with diverse teams that allow people to be their best version of themselves – honing their strengths to collaboratively achieve exceptional results. Steve Gallagher

General Manager, Partner Projects, Power Solutions & Industry
Steve Gallagher leads multiple Schneider Electric NZ businesses, overseeing P&L, commercial strategies, and diverse management areas, fostering engagement. As the leader of multiple businesses within Schneider Electric New Zealand, Steve Gallagher holds P&L and commercial strategy responsibility for Industrial Automation and Software, Power Products, and Digital Power across the country. He has extensive experience in general management, transaction and solutions sales, engineering management, and services. With a strong background in B2B channels and segments, Steve has a proven track record of driving employee engagement for mutual benefits and excels in managing varied markets and technologies concurrently. Steve’s journey with Schneider Electric began in 1995, transitioning from an Industrial Electrician to various roles in sales and sales management with PDL Electronics New Zealand. When PDL was acquired by Schneider Electric in 2001, he took on offer marketing, sales leadership and became General Manager for Industrial Automation. Later on, his responsibilities expanded to oversee Services, Projects, Buildings, Secure Power, and Power Systems Businesses within SENZ, showcasing his ability to build high-performing teams and deliver results. Steve is passionate about supporting and contributing to customers sustainability and digitalization initiatives for positive impact.

Steve Hodder

General Manager, Power Systems
After 9 years leading the Schneider Electric Central Region Sales Team, Steve moved to Auckland to lead the Infrastructure Team responsible for the Schneider Electric Medium Voltage product range. The MV product ranges are greater than 1kV and include indoor/outdoor CB’s, transformers, NER’s, disconnectors and associated product. Customers within this product range include Utilities, Generators, Local & Central Govt and Owners of private networks. Steve has a real passion for Grid Automation and is working within the industry to develop self-healing networks, ultilising in-field devices. His main responsibilities focus on Medium Voltage Solutions within New Zealand and the Pacific Islands and ensuring his team meets the expectations of the vast range of customers. Steve is a member of the Schneider Electric NZ Leadership team and works across a number of the Business Units.
