Olivier BLUM

Chief Executive Officer
Olivier Blum is the Chief Executive Officer of Schneider Electric, effective November 4, 2024. Olivier has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2014. In his most recent role, he successfully led the company's fast-growing and world-class Energy Management business across all end markets, including data centers. Prior to that, he served as Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer from 2020 to 2022, where he led the development of corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, sustainability, and quality assurance. From 2014 to 2020, Olivier held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Schneider Electric, driving the company’s people strategy and earning recognition as France’s Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year in 2019 by Cadremploi, Morgan Phillips Hudson, Le Figaro Décideurs, and Fyte for his transformative leadership and cultural impact. Olivier began his career at Schneider Electric in 1993 in his home country of France. Over the past two decades, he has gained extensive international experience, holding key leadership roles in Asia including Regional Head of Strategy for China, Regional Managing Director for India, and a global role as Executive Vice President of the Home & Distribution division, based in Hong Kong. Olivier is a non-executive board director of AVEVA Group PLC, where he currently serves as Chairman of Advisory. He has also been an independent director of Keppel Corporation and a member of its Sustainability and Safety Committees since May 2022. His commitment to sustainability has been instrumental in Schneider Electric's success, culminating in the company being named the World's Most Sustainable Corporation by Corporate Knights in 2021. Jean-Pascal TRICOIRE

Chairman
Jean-Pascal Tricoire is the Chairman of Schneider Electric. He previously served as COO of Schneider from 2003, CEO from 2006 to 2013, and Chairman and CEO from 2013 to 2023. Under Jean-Pascal’s leadership, Schneider has transformed and become a technology company leading in software, sustainability, digitization, and electrification. As CEO, he redefined the company’s purpose and technology portfolio, quadrupling Schneider’s revenues across its balanced geographical footprint. Jean-Pascal joined Schneider Electric in 1986 and held various positions across France, Italy, China, South Africa, the United States and Hong Kong. In 2001, he first joined the company’s Executive Committee to take charge of Schneider’s international division. Jean-Pascal also serves as an independent director on the board of Qualcomm. He is a director of the worldwide board of the United Nations Global Compact, a United Nations #HeForShe Corporate IMPACT champion and a member of the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum as well as the Asia Business Council. He is also a member of the board of trustees of Northeastern University. Jean-Pascal is a member of the International Advisory Council of the Singapore Economic Development Board and a member of the advisory councils of Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong. He led the France-China Business Council from 2009 to 2019. He is a Knight of the Legion of Honor and an Officer of the National Order of Merit in France. Gwenaelle AVICE HUET

Executive Vice President, Europe Operations
Gwenaelle Avice Huet has been Schneider Electric’s Executive Vice President of Europe Operations since September 4, 2023 and serves on its Executive Committee. She is responsible for Schneider Electric’s full business portfolio across Europe Operations, representing the company’s contribution to the development of the EU’s agenda to accelerate Europe’s green and digital transformation. Gwenaelle joined Schneider Electric in 2021 as Senior-Vice President of Corporate Strategy, before entering the Executive Committee as Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer.  Before joining Schneider Electric, Gwenaelle worked at ENGIE (formerly GDF SUEZ) in various roles, from Senior Vice-President of European and Regulatory affairs, to leading the Renewables energy business. In her last role, she was on the Executive Committee of ENGIE, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE North America and in charge of the Global Business Line on Renewable Energies. Gwenaelle started her career at the French National Centre for Scientific Research and the French Atomic Energy Commission on nuclear energy before joining the World Bank in Washington D.C. as a consultant. She also worked for the service of the French Prime Minister within the General Secretary of European affairs with responsibility for energy and competitiveness matters, and as the advisor on energy and climate change for various ministers. Gwenaelle also serves on the Board of Air France – KLM. She holds a degree in Physics and Chemistry from the Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, a post-graduate diploma in Molecular Chemistry from France’s Ecole Polytechnique and an engineering degree from the Corps des Ponts et Chaussées. Laurent BATAILLE

Executive Vice President, France Operations
Laurent Bataille is Executive Vice President, France Operations, and Member of the Executive Committee of Schneider Electric. Laurent started his career at Schneider Electric in the Corporate Strategy & Acquisitions department. Since 2019, he was Executive Vice President Digital Energy Division of Schneider Electric. From 2014 to 2018, Laurent oversaw the EcoBuilding Division in Boston (USA). Prior to this role, from 2011 to 2014, Laurent was based in Canada as Senior Vice President of the Solar Business of Schneider Electric. Since joining Schneider in 2004, he has held several senior leadership roles including Vice President of the CST Industry Division from 2008 to 2011. From 2006 to 2008, he was General Manager CST Industry Americas. Before joining Schneider Electric, Laurent was a consultant for McKinsey & Company. Hervé COUREIL

Chief Governance Officer and Secretary General
Hervé Coureil joined Schneider Electric in 1993. Since June 2020, he has been serving as Chief Governance Officer & Secretary General. He is a member of the Executive Committee since 2009. Herve's role evolves around Schneider Electric’s three Trust themes: Integrity with the establishment of an end-to-end governance framework, Transparency with the deployment of a data-backed strategic execution system, and Resilience with the implementation of an integrated risk management and security model, notably on cyber. From 2017 – 2020, Hervé served as Chief Digital Officer where his responsibilities included among others, Enterprise IT, Digital Engineering, IoT and Digital Platforms. Prior to that, from 2009 – 2017, he held the position of Chief Information Officer. In this role, he was responsible for information technology, processes, and organization globally. Previous to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer for the Critical Power and Cooling Services (CPCS) Business Unit of Schneider Electric which was formed in early 2007 following the acquisition of APC Corp and its merger with MGE-UPS Systems. Hervé’s responsibilities included overseeing Legal, IT, and Strategy. In addition, he held a variety of finance and business development positions within the group including Senior Vice President Finance, Control, and Business Development for the Asia Pacific Operating Division of Schneider Electric, Vice President Financial Control for the International Division, and Corporate Officer for Mergers and Acquisitions. He also held Financial Controller positions in various other organizations. Barbara FREI

Executive Vice President, Industrial Automation
Barbara leads Schneider Electric’s global Industrial Automation Business and has served on the company’s Executive Committee since 2019. Barbara joined Schneider Electric in 2016 as Country President of Germany, and expanded her scope to Zone President of DACH in 2017 (including Germany, Austria and Switzerland). In 2019, she was appointed Executive Vice President, Europe Operations and a member of the Executive Committee.  Barbara started her career as a development project manager for motors and drives at ABB Schweiz AG. She held various senior management positions in the ABB Group, including regional responsibility as Country Manager Czech Republic, Regional Manager for the Mediterranean in Italy, and leadership of the worldwide drives business. Frédéric Godemel is Executive Vice-President for Energy Management and member of Schneider Electric’s Executive Committee effective January 2025. Prior to this role, Frédéric was the Executive Vice President for Power Systems and Services, acting as a strong advocate for electrification and decarbonization, often representing Schneider Electric at high-profile speaking engagements. He joined Schneider in 1990 and developed his international career around the power domain, spanning across low and medium voltage, energy automation, infrastructure and services. Caspar Herzberg joined AVEVA in 2021.  He was previously Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, becoming CEO in March 2023. With more than 25 years’ software and industry experience, Caspar brings deep understanding of how technology can transform and reshape industries, enabling innovation and driving responsible use of resources. Previously he led all aspects of Schneider Electric’s business in over 80 countries as President, Middle East & Africa. Caspar started his business career at Accenture based out of their London office and worked in extensive digital transformations for the global energy sector. At Cisco, Caspar led sales and services for over ten years, developing smart cities strategies, technology innovation and business master plans for the private and public sector in China, Asia, Japan, Australia, the USA and Europe. Author of ‘Smart Cities, Digital Nations’, Caspar is a thought-leader in the fields of Smart Cities, Digital Transformation and IoT. He serves on the Advisory Council of the Dubai International Chamber of Commerce. Caspar holds an MSc in International Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London and an BA in Arabic & Modern Middle Eastern Studies from St. Anne’s College, University of Oxford. Charise LE

Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources
Charise is Chief Human Resource Officer of Schneider Electric and member of the Executive Committee since April 1, 2020. In 2005 she was appointed Human Resources Manager China for Clipsal, an associated brand of Schneider Electric. Then, she joined Schneider Electric in 2007 as Human Resources Director for Schneider Asia Pacific region. In the last 15 years, Charise has held different HR positions within the Group. Since 2015 Charise has been leading the HR Strategy & Global Service of the Group. Charise started her career in 1995 and began at Siemens as an HR Specialist and continued to move through different HR positions in companies such as General Electric and Pillsbury China.
