Denis Gacicha, Master of Control Technology and Electrical Engineering, has been working for Schneider Electric Lietuva since 2006, and currently is the General Manager at Schneider Electric Baltic countries. Graduated from Kaunas University of Technology and Dublin Institute of Technology. Denis Gacicha was appointed as CEO of Schneider Electric Baltic countries at the beginning of 2020. He is currently located in Vilnius, Lithuania. Prior to this role, Denis managed the Lithuanian unit of Schneider Electric from 2017 to 2020. Developed business relationships, identified new business opportunities and ensured sales growth in the country based on market insights, analysis and positive planning aligned with Schneider Electric strategy. Business and sales strategy defined and implemented together with Marketing and BU. Managed the sales mix (direct / channel) and cross-selling activities according to criteria agreed upon at the country level. In cooperation with the Company, joint activities with partners and distributors were initiated with the aim of obtaining new business through the networks of partners and distributors. Developed and nurtured credibility and long-term relationships with national customers to meet long-term sales goals and ensure high customer satisfaction. Preparation and implementation of sales plan and sales forecasts; monitoring performance against objectives and taking corrective action to achieve results. Identified and made recommendations to improve processes, efficiency and productivity. Actively contributed to Baltic management to secure cross-border cooperation, set strategic priorities and secure business growth throughout the Baltics. Inga is a Baltic region Strategy and Marketing manager of Schneider Electric. She joined Schneider Electric in 2014 as a Marketing Business partner for Latvia and later expanded her role to new geographies as a Baltic Marketing Business partner. Since 2020 she has been leading the Business strategy, marketing and remote sales team and is part of the Baltic Leadership team. Inga holds an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and is passionate about technologies that make life and business operations easier. Before joining Schneider Electric, Inga worked in various companies, positions and industries: in automotive (with brands: Chevrolet, Opel, Saab, Cadillac, Hummer, and Corvette) and manufacturing in a range of areas, including renewables, metalworking and woodworking. She is experienced in B2B marketing management, sales and exploration of new markets. Inga started her career in 2001 in the field of communication, public relations and journalism. Currently located in Latvia.

Laurynas Jucius is the Business Development Manager, of Baltic countries. Laurynas leads the Baltic team of Offer Managers & drives long-term business transformations by bringing innovative offers to the market, shaping Baltic market needs for Digital Services, and strengthening existing and developing new partnerships for consistent and sustainable business growth. Laurynas joined Schneider Electric in 2007. He has more than 10 years of experience in Business Development as well as Offer Marketing and sales in Baltic market, especially in the field of Energy Management and Automation. Most of his time in Schneider Electric Laurynas is involved in transformational business initiatives related to digitization, software, Services & analytics and go-to-market strategy formation. He is a member of the Baltic Leadership team since Aug 2020, located in Vilnius, Lithuania. Laurynas is a board member of Lithuanian Sporting Federation, works on promotion of Clay target shooting sport and contributes to the successful peformance & development of the federation. Laurynas holds Master in Physics from Vilnius University in Lithuania.
