Binu Philip

Binu Philip is the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Greater India Zone at Schneider Electric. His expertise lies in areas of HR Strategy, Organization Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Organization Transformation.
Binu has been with Schneider Electric for over seven years wherein he has worked as the HR Leader for Global R&D in India and was responsible for spearheading the M&A of the L&T Electrical Automation business with Schneider Electric. Prior to this appointment, Binu was the Vice Presider HR for the International Operations for the Secure Power Division of the company across the territories of Asia Pacific & Japan, Middle East & Africa, India, South America, and CIS.
Before joining Schneider Electric, Binu managed senior HR leadership roles in leading organizations such as Microsoft Corporation, Aditya Birla Group (Idea Cellular), and RPG Enterprises (Harrisons Malayalam Plantations Ltd).
A post-graduate in Human Resources (MA PM & IR), Binu has over 30 years of rich HR leadership experience across various industry domains including IT & Digital Technologies, Commercial Operations, Telecom, and Technology Services.

Vice President, Global Marketing India & Chief Marketing Officer
Rajat Abbi has over 20 years of cross-industry experience. A thought leader and a strategic marketing expert, he has handled diverse leadership roles in Marketing & Strategy, Sales and P&L Management with European, American, and Indian multi-national companies across India & Asia Pacific region.
Rajat is currently the Vice President, Global Marketing India & Chief Marketing Officer - Greater India, and is entrusted with running the marketing function of the company for both Schneider Electric and Lauritz Knudsen (formerly L&T Switchgear), driving brand, digital & commercial excellence and helping the organization achieve its growth ambitions. India is the 3rd largest market and one of the 4 Global Hubs for Schneider Electric Group.
He is a part of Schneider Electric Global Marketing International Operations Leadership team, Schneider Electric India Management team and Schneider Electric India Private Limited (SEIPL) Leadership Council. He is also the Chairman of Indo French Chambers of Commerce (IFFCI) Marketing Committee.
Rajat has worked across B2C & B2B businesses in companies like United Technologies (Carrier Aircon), Saudi Aramco (Valvoline International), Royal Philips (Philips / Signify) and Apollo Tyres.
He holds a MBA in Marketing and Finance and B.COM (Hons) degrees from University of Delhi.
