Since April 2021, Xavier has two different responsibilities within Schneider Electric: Secure Power VP in Belgium and Luxemburg, a division that empowers the digital transformation of our customers by ensuring their critical network, systems and processes are highly available and resilient; and European Software leader, in charge of leading the strategy in the region for the Schneider Electric’s remote monitoring and management solution for Data Centers.

Xavier started with Schneider Electric more than 20 years ago, and he has held multiple operational and management positions in Latin America, Belgium, and Pacific. Most of them within the Building and Power divisions, always with a strong focus on digitization.
