Job Description

Schneider Electric is looking for a a Digital Product Leader for mySchneider. mySchneider is the go-to personalized digital experience for our customers and partners, offering services and features that help them do business with Schneider. In this high-visibility role you’ll be responsible for driving the roadmap, activation and adoption for mySchneider in North America. This leadership position works closely with Schneider Electric’s global Digital organization, as well as regional Sales, Marketing and business stakeholders to identify, deliver and manage services and features in mySchneider that create value and drive business outcomes. The right leader is innovative, collaborative and outcome oriented, with a keen digital and customer-centric mindset.

What will you do?

  • Manage the North America (NAM) mySchneider Product Team – setting expectations, managing performance, and supporting skill and career development.
  • Establish a regional strategy and roadmap for mySchneider. Align prioritized roadmap to customer needs and Sales/business objectives, and the global mySchneider plan, and actively communicate roadmap, progress and strategy to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead the NAM mySchneider Program Team and governance. Program-manage a cross-functional team of NAM and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability for the mySchneider roadmap, and establish a forum for innovation and issue resolution.
  • Actively collaborate with the global Digital and NAM operations teams on mySchneider service/feature innovation, prioritization and execution.
  • Manage projects across their full lifecycle, ensuring execution according to timelines, regularly communicating status, and maintaining engagement of project participants and stakeholders.
  • Ensure mySchneider services/features are tested and validated with target audiences, and that they meet or exceed expectations for user experience and functionality.
  • Prioritize adoption and change management – create promotions to drive awareness, provide demos and training to educate customers and stakeholders on mySchneider features, and ensure high-value launches have a communication and change management plan.
  • Facilitate research with customers, Sales and stakeholders to understand opportunities and pain points, and influence feature design and roadmap.
  • Conduct competitive and data-driven analysis, and industry research, to identify gaps and opportunities that can inform and drive the mySchneider roadmap.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • Effective project manager, focusing on attention to detail and keeping work and teams on track.
  • Experience managing people strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation.
  • Passion for the customer’s experience and a natural curiosity for digital and how it can drive and enable business strategy.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in digital product ownership, or a business- or technology-related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital product ownership, website management, digital marketing or technology.
  • Experience with program management – establishing governance, and leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, prioritize and solve problems.
  • Experience with agile concepts, working with personas and roadmaps, and defining use cases to inform feature design and what success looks like.
  • Experience conducting user research through surveys, interviews and workshops, and uncovering trends and opportunities through analytics.
  • Experience with product/feature activation and change management – demos, training and communications to educate, promote and drive adoption.
