What do you get to do in this position?

Serve as the program manager, services coordinator, project manager, and tactical implementation specialist for Schneider Electric’s Cleantech Tax Credit Investment (TCI) team. The TCI team supports and educates Schneider Clients on strategic tax credit investments in clean energy asset classes to further ESG goals, reduce their carbon footprints and meet sustainability objectives.

Coordinate and serve as the main project management liaison for the service line and internal personnel throughout the engagement lifecycle. This includes activities which the Program Manager is expected to participate to varying degrees:

Program and Offer Management:

  • Collaborate in the design, development, and standardization of materials, processes, and systems to implement successful TCI Services for Clients.
  • Organize team meetings, create agendas, take detailed notes, and manage next steps and action items.
  • Assist in creating standard materials, templates, proposals, pricing tools, and other necessary systems to accelerate the team’s ability to scale TCI Services.
  • Regularly record and manage Client and prospect data relevant to revenue forecasting, communications, contract information, etc., in Salesforce.
  • Create regular reports on the progress of TCI Services to management.
  • Organize all files, folders, Salesforce activities, and other resources for ease of navigation for the wider team.
  • Develop and own project schedules for internal stakeholders.
  • Work with and on behalf of the RECA team and broader Schneider Electric to further improve and enhance customer satisfaction regarding the delivery of TCI scopes of work.
  • Collaborate closely with the TCI Commercial Offer Leader to optimize service offers, marketing collateral, and expand service revenue.
  • Design standardized and scalable processes to support the expansion of the customer base and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure excellent internal document organization, making it easy for team members to find what they need and know who needs what.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related technical field with 2+ years of related professional experience.
  • Extensive Project Management experience working with complex projects, ideally those involving delivery through digital platforms or technologies.
  • A strong interest in emerging energy services with a focus on solar and wind project finance and project management.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new and different topics, particularly regarding decarbonization, marketing communications, renewable energy development, and digitization.
  • Versatility and the ability to work across multiple disciplines.
  • Creativity and ability to formulate and implement service and deliverable enhancements.
  • Ability to work well with a large network of internal colleagues, including a proven track record of managing cross-disciplinary projects and delivering milestones on time.
  • High commitment to company vision, values, and excellent customer service with high-quality work products.
  • Ability to communicate, both written and verbally, analyses and ideas concisely and effectively.
  • Well-organized self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage internal communications and escalate issues.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in diverse areas.
  • Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus exposure to project management tools, Salesforce or other CRM software preferred.

For this Colorado or REMOTE based position, the expected compensation range is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
