Job Description

This position leads one of the End User Project Execution teams within Power Systems and works closely with Sales, Strategic Accounts, CPO, Channel, Lines of Business, and Global Supply Chain teams, to meet our customers' needs.
This position manages technical quality, delivery, risk mitigation, and competency development. Spends over 50% of the time on managerial activities. Responsible for team execution, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Requires technical knowledge and ability to influence the adoption of practices. Communicates with and influences leadership.

As a Project Execution Manager at Schneider Electric, you will manage a talented team of professionals responsible for delivering excellent technical solutions to our customers across North America. - Provide strategic direction to align your team's work with business objectives

- Monitor project implementation and oversee quality standards

- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical delivery

- Coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role

 
- 8+ years of experience in managing teams and/or projects within the Electrical Construction Industry, is preferred.
 
-Proven experience managing technical teams and projects

- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities

- Passion for developing talent and leading high-performing teams

- Technical expertise in your field with keen attention to detail

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and drive change
 
- Travel may be required up to 20%
