Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Scrum Master within our NAM Services Hub.

What do you get to do in this position? 

  • You will be responsible for ensuring delivery efficiency of the squad team based on the priorities set by the product owner and will help ensure the successful execution of the offer backlog.
  • You will facilitate day-to-day Agile processes and scrum events within the team, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Go No-Go, Scrum of Scrums, etc.
  • You will guide, coach and train as necessary the scrum teams in the adoption of the Scrum framework.
  • You will partner with Product Owners and Solutions Architects to ensure strategy, technical and execution alignment.
  • You will create and maintain (along with leaders) the Sprint calendar and publish Sprint updates on the Teams Channel.
  • You will assist the Solution Architects and/or Product Owner if cross-functional meetings are needed and will help with pulling the right team members together.
  • You will contribute to a continuous improvement culture in the NAM hub and drive scrum efficiency and team goal effectiveness, using the Scrum framework to deliver high value outcomes.

 

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

 

This job might be for you if you have/are: 

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience practicing agile principles and frameworks and running agile ceremonies
  • A strong understanding of cross-functional agile teams and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with scrum/agile teams across hardware/software platforms and/or services execution teams is a plus
  • A strong attention to detail and proven track record of driving results
  • Project Management experience
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
