For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $200,320 - $300,480 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Mission:
The mission of this role is to strategically align HR processes, technologies, and structures with the evolving needs of the organization, ensuring seamless integration of business objectives and technologies. The primary focus is to deliver the digital roadmap, transitioning projects into operational mode and impacting HR Systems, integrations, and processes. The goal is to make HR more digital by evaluating solutions to enhance the effectiveness and adoption of HR Systems, ultimately improving efficiency and digitization.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology initiatives to drive organizational objectives.
- Work on translating strategic business goals into actionable execution plans to ensure effective implementation.
- Develop and manage the roadmap for business architecture, ensuring its evolution aligns with business needs.
- Facilitate the integration of business and data architecture to support data-driven decision making.
- Lead business transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful planning and execution of changes.
- Ensure strategic goals are met while addressing day to day operational requirements.
- Ensure the business extracts maximum value from technology investments by optimizing their use.
- Address complex problems that span across various domains and processes, managing interlocks to ensure smooth functioning.
Skills and attributes:
- 3+ years of HR domain expertise. Good understanding of HR functions, process and best practices.
- 8+ years of experience in Technology. Strong understanding of technology solutions, terminology.
- Ability to work closely with IT and other domains to ensure successful integration of HR technologies with business needs.
- Proven ability to navigate and succeed in large, complex organizations with multiple reporting lines and stakeholders.
- Comfort working in environments where decision-making is distributed and often requires consensus-building across teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to tackle cross functional challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership.
- Comfortable working in uncertain or rapidly changing environments, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and guide teams toward clarity.
- Ability to leverage HR metrics and insights to inform strategies and optimize processes.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and strategies to a variety of audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education
- University degree or equivalent
