Job Description

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000 - $168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

 

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Reporting to the Transformer League Leader, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the marketing & launch strategy of SquareD Low voltage transformers portfolio which is widely used in a variety of segments and end markets.

The ideal candidate will maintain an exceptional understanding of both products and the market to explain the value to external and internal stakeholders including country offer managers, global sales teams, customers, analysts and the media.  The Marketing Manager will partner closely with the League Leader, Product Owner, country offer development team, global marketing and NAM ops marketing, country sales and channel team to help define personas and act as the voice of the customer in all related activities.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Define target customers, understand customer challenges and conduct customer journey mapping
  • Develop product and portfolio messaging, positioning and concise value proposition based on personas and route to market
  • Develop launch strategy, planning, timelines  to ensure maximum impact
  • Create marketing & sales enablement kits to help sales team & channel partners sell more products and solutions. The content includes but is not limited to brochures, how to sell, FAQ, datasheet, social messaging, eDMs, landing page, web banners and other digital marketing content
  • Partner with Global Marketing team to co-create marketing campaigns and tell compelling stories and customer success stories that help ramp up new offer ramp-up in regions
  • Connect Schneider Electric thought leadership topics to the positioning of the portfolio and create white papers, blogs and other high value content as needed
  • Collaborate with US country Ecommerce team to create Ecommerce package for syndication
  • Partner with product & R&D teams to create technical documents e.g. setup sheet, submittal drawing, 3D rendering, bid specifications and competitor comparison etc. to ensure project wins
  • Drive video content storyboarding and guide 3rd party agencies in developing videos, lifestyle images, how to guides.
  • Own the portfolio’s digital journey (landing pages, CaaS product range pages, product selection journey) on SE.com
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, Communication and relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of content marketing experience in B2B
  • Strong knowledge of current market trends in power distribution industry
  • Experience managing and developing marketing programs with clear data driven results 
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into convincing marketing content with solid value proposition
  • Track record of delivering high quality marketing content under tight deadlines
  • Advance project management skills
  • Skilled stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience launching new products from start to finish with proven success
  • Experience in Adobo InDesign, Canva or other design platforms
  • Experience in managing marketing budget and 3rd party creative vendors
