We are a looking for a Supply Chain Planning Regional SME to make an impact! In this role, you will lead innovation, transformation, and adoption of best-in-class processes within Schneider Electric's global framework. You will play a critical role in driving high performance through effective SIOP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning & Inventory, and Manufacturing Planning & Upstream practices.

What will you do?
- Identify key transformations that are critical to zone performance and lead the transformation initiatives alongside the zone team within the applicable scope.
- Demonstrate expertise in one or several functional areas: SIOP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning & Inventory, and Manufacturing Planning & Upstream.
- Identify critical transformations by zone, such as N-tier planning for Cavite Manufacturing, MEIO for the Panel Builder segment, and Ops Interlock by Country.
- Lead transformation efforts using standard methodologies (e.g. DMAIC)
- Achieve sustainable results and build competency within zones.
- Design and deploy a 'Management System' for abnormality detection and resolution using global platforms (e.g., Kinaxis, E2E CT, Baxter).
- Define mechanisms to monitor Master Data and Transactional Data to identify abnormalities (e.g., long E2E lead times, incorrect sourcing networks, stocking policies).
- Define alerts with escalation methodologies and service level agreements (SLAs) for resolution.
- Animate governance at the Global Supply Chain (GSC) International level to ensure compliance and protect performance.
- Influence global teams to develop processes and capabilities that support necessary transformations.
- Collaborate with the Zone transformation team to drive functional competency and achieve 'Green Sites' within GSC International.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Degree/ Master Degree in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent discipline
- 10 years experience in operational and planning functions
- Proven expertise in SIOP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning & Inventory, Manufacturing Planning & Upstream.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence and engage with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to drive change and ensure adherence to best practices in a dynamic environment.
- Able to travel overseas for work (~20%)
