Job Description
Where is the Position?
The position is located in Ballerup, next to Copenhagen, Denmark in Northern Europe, in multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As HR Project Manager you will support the Skills Transformation Project. Your main missions will be :
In 2024:
- 80% time to support the Career Architecture mapping (for 12-14 job families) :
- Support preparation of career architecture working sessions by consolidating and analyzing skills data, reviewing existing business titles & job descriptions, and creating presentations.
- Conduct research and external benchmarking on skills, job titles, and the structure of job families to enhance the market alignment of our Career Architecture.
- Assist in crafting the detailed descriptions of job families, sub-families and specializations to finalize all key elements and content of the new Career Architecture.
- Prepare summaries and presentations for key stakeholders and HR Sponsor to facilitate buy-in and approval.
- Consolidate the data of the final Career Architecture of each job family in the common data repository for tracking and setting up the new Skills Platform.
- Organize and schedule kick-off and ongoing working sessions, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration.
- Update the Career Architecture Playbook to reflect the latest discussions and insights.
- 20% time to support ad-hoc project management activities and new Skills Platform implementation & UAT
- Assist with ad-hoc project management tasks as needed.
- Support the implementation of the new Skills platform, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to test user experience, ensure data accuracy and calibrate skills data mapped to jobs to enhance AI recommendations
In 2025:
- 60% time to support new Skills platform implementation & UAT + ad-hoc activities in Career Architecture mapping
- 40% time to support preparation of training & communication materials / assets development
- Assist in the development of training and communication materials, ensuring they are engaging and informative to effectively facilitate understanding and adoption of the new Career Architecture and the new Skills Platform.
What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master’s degree in general management or human resources
Work experience: Internship or apprenticeship with experience in HR project management.
Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Very good skills in Data management
Requested languages: English full professional capacity
Personal abilities or skills: Working in a complex matrix multi-cultural environment; synthetic ; data oriented ; proactive; rigorous.
